Bumptop Desktop in Action!

Every month I see newly released software for the mac. Typically these gimmicky software additions are no more useful than braille on a drive-thru ATM. However, every so often I come across something that should ship with every new computer because it makes one’s life 0.00001% easier (in this case through organization). As a Graphic Designer people tend to ask me about computers…Apple or PC, Dell or HP…you get the idea. So instead of repeating myself over and over I’m going to spend 15 minutes and explain why I prefer and recommend Apple computers over the competition. Before you can just pick a computer from some prison-like line up at Bestbuy or Frys you have to understand the end use, meaning…what is the computer primarily going to be used for? Ask yourself the following questions?
